This page lists what Tailor, Weaver, Jeweler, Dyer measures or stores when you visit, and how to refuse it. The site shows no advertising.

Google Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. When it runs, it sets first-party cookies (_ga, and _ga_ followed by an ID) so that one visit can be told from the next. Google receives details such as the pages you view, the page that sent you, your browser, device and screen size, and actions such as scrolling, clicks on links to other sites and file downloads, and it works out an approximate location from your connection.

Where consent comes first. If you visit from the European Economic Area (including EU regions outside Europe), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Gibraltar, Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man, or if your country cannot be determined, Google Analytics does not load until you choose Allow in the consent panel. Until then nothing is sent to Google and no Analytics cookie is set. If you choose Decline, it does not load in this browser unless you change your answer.

To find your country, the page asks Cloudflare, which delivers the site, for the country code of your connection at an address on this site (/cdn-cgi/trace). It does this only while no choice is stored in your browser, and if the answer does not come back, the panel appears as if consent were needed.

Everywhere else, Google Analytics loads when a page opens, unless you have already chosen Decline in this browser.

Advertising features are off. Whenever Google Analytics loads, the page tells it that advertising storage, the use of data for advertising and ad personalization are all denied; only analytics storage is allowed. For this site, Google signals and data sharing with Google are turned off, and Google Analytics keeps event-level data for 14 months.

Changing your answer. You can change your choice at any time, wherever you are. Use the Analytics choices link at the foot of every page, which reopens the consent panel, or open the consent panel on the home page, and choose again. If Google Analytics was running on the page when you choose Decline, the page reloads without it. Cookies it set before stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them in your browser settings.

Google explains how it uses information from sites like this one on its page How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare also runs Cloudflare Web Analytics on every page, for every visitor, whatever the consent choice. It uses no cookies and no local storage, and Cloudflare says it does not fingerprint visitors. A small piece of code loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com reports which page was viewed and how quickly it loaded, and sends that report to an address on this site (/cdn-cgi/rum). The consent panel does not control it. A content blocker that blocks static.cloudflareinsights.com stops it, and the pages work the same without it.

How the pages reach you

Cloudflare delivers every page. Like any web host, it receives your IP address and the information your browser sends with each request. It uses the country it derives from your IP address to answer the consent check above and to apply the site's access rules; the site is not served to visitors in mainland China or Russia. Cloudflare's privacy policy covers what it does with this information.

The typefaces are served from this site, so reading a page sends no requests to a font service.

Stored in your browser

Your consent choice, Allow or Decline, is saved in this browser's local storage under the key analytics-ok-f6bc, so that the panel does not ask again. Nothing is saved until you choose. If you use the light and dark switch, that choice is kept in local storage too, under the key twjd-shade. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes both.

The search box filters a list of entries that comes with the site. It works inside your browser and does not send what you type anywhere.

Email

If you write to contact@tailorweaverjewelerdyer.com, your message and your address are used only to deal with what you wrote about, such as checking an error you reported. They are not added to a mailing list or passed on for marketing.
